Dr. Blain Reynolds, Owner Operator

Dr. Reynolds "Doc" received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee Memphis College of Dentistry in 2014. He enjoys working with children and helping them create positive memories at the dental office. He is happily married with two beautiful boys Cambridge and Callaway. Dr. Reynolds is very passionate about minimally invasive dentistry and holistic approach to life. In his free time he enjoys working out, hiking, and looking at trains with his boys.

Racheal Prince, Office Manager RDH

Racheal was born and raised in Cleveland, TN. She married her high school sweetheart, Seth Prince, in June 2012 and they have two boys. Racheal started her dentistry career in 2017 and practiced as a dental assistant for two years before she was accepted in to the dental hygiene. Racheal has practiced as a dental hygienist in general and in pediatrics. Racheal enjoys learning about the patients and their families. Her heart has always been in Pediatrics and she loves each child like her own. Racheal started at Kids Dental Center in June 2023 and accepted the position as Office Manager in October 2023.

In her spare time, Racheal enjoys spending time with her family. Her oldest son is very active in sports, so in her free time she can be found on the side of a basketball court, baseball field, and football field. When Racheal is not at work or at her son's sporting events, she enjoys running 5Ks and working out. The beach is her happy place. Go Vols!

Destiny Adams, Clinical Coordinator EFDA

Meet Destiny, a mom of two beautiful girls and wife to Jason, the love of her life. Destiny is a Cleveland native who graduated from Cleveland High School and started working in dentistry in 2017. She went back to the University of Tennessee Memphis College of Dentistry in 2020 to get her expanded functions credentials and has worked at Kids Dental Center since 2022. Destiny loves working with children and makes it a priority to have every patient smile by the end of their appointment. Her hobbies include movie nights with her family, thrifting, and traveling.

Madison Winters, RDA

Madison is from Cleveland, Tn. She received her Dental Assisting Certification in 2022 from the Dental Staff School in Knoxville, Tn. She is also a medical assistant. She loves working in Pediatric dentistry because she gets to be with the kids, make them smile and feel comfortable during their visit with her. Her hobbies include softball and spending time with friends and family. She has four nephews that light up her world.

Yuridia Guzman, RDA

Yuridia was born in Nashville, TN and grew up mostly in Cleveland and Franklin, TN. She is proudly from Guatemala and is part of a family of 5. She loves to travel, try new food, and loves to try new things that are trending!

Yuridia has always loved being around children and making them feel loved in their own way. She has a privilege to help others who don’t understand English. Her dream is to eventually have her own business and travel the world with her future children and husband!

Luba Cross, EFDA

As a native of Ukraine, Luba was born and raised in her home town of Odessa where she resided until 1999. In September of 1999 she and her parents moved to Cleveland, TN and have considered it home ever since arriving to our community. In 2003 she married her husband, Tristan Cross, and they now have three wonderful children. She loves spending her free time singing in the choir at church, painting, and watching football with her family.

In 2016 Luba began a new chapter in her life and became a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). She immediately found her place in pediatric dentistry and has enjoyed every moment since she began working with the children in our community. In 2021 Luba decided to broaden her knowledge in the field of dentistry and became an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). She earned her credentials for Expanded Restorative Functions at the University of Tennessee in Memphis and is fluent in the languages of Ukrainian and Russian.

Whitney Sewell, EFDA

Whitney is from Cleveland and graduated from Bradley High School, where she met her husband Aaron. They have been married for 10 years and have two beautiful daughters. She started her dental career after graduating with her A.A.S. with honors from Chattanooga College in 2013 and also attending the University of Tennessee at Memphis College of Dentistry, earning her Expanded Functions credentials in 2020. She has worked for Kids Dental Center since 2018 and also taking on the role of Marketing Executive in 2023.

Kelly Meeks, Insurance Coordinator

Kelly has been married to her best friend Jimmy for 22 years. They have 3 children and 2 grandchildren that keep them very busy In her time away from the office she enjoys traveling, especially cruising. She loves to cook for her family and considers herself a foodie. She entered the dental world 18 years ago and has a wide variety of experience. She's worked as an assistant in Oral Surgery, as a hygiene assistant, a coronal polisher and a insurance coordinator.

Samary Holguin, DA

Samary was born and raised in Orlando, Florida until 2014 when she moved to Cleveland Tennessee. She is from a family of four which she loves dearly. Her father is from Peru and her mother is from Guatemala, she is also one of our bilingual translators, for our Spanish speaking patients. Samary has a bachelor's degree from UT, and has plans of becoming a dentist in the future.

Latisha Harden, RDA

Latisha "Tish", was born in Chattanooga Tennessee. She served 5 years in the United States military; the Navy branch. She received two Navy Marine Corps achievement medals within 5 years. She went to Chattanooga College where she obtained her dental assisting License, and joined the KDC family shortly after. She is engaged to be married to the love of her life, Dylan, In January of 2025, and already has plans to start a family! Tish loves working with children in Dentistry and feels very rewarded by the work she does daily.

Brandy George, Administration Lead

Brandy, a proud native of Polk County, relocated to Cleveland, Tennessee, 12 years ago. She has been happily married to the love of her life for 12 wonderful years and is a devoted mother to three children, embracing her role as a true momma bear. With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Brandy is an accomplished and respected dental professional. Outside of work, you’ll often find her on the ball field, passionately cheering on her kids. Her favorite place to unwind is by the river, it's her true happy place. We are thrilled to have Brandy as part of the Kids Dental Center family.

Tammy Gambill, RDH

Tammy was born in Gulfport Mississippi but moved to Tennessee over 20 years ago. She lived in Nashville for a while but eventually made her move to Cleveland Tennessee in 2019. She has two wonderful grown children that she is very much proud of! She's been married to the love of her life for 33 years. She is an accomplished dental hygienist with almost 30 years of experience. She was also a clinical dental hygiene instructor at Chattanooga State for their dental hygiene program. Tammy is a wonderful addition to the KDC family and we are delighted to have her as a part of our team. Lastly, she has a 1-year-old granddaughter that she is absolutely crazy about!!

Christina Green, Financial Assistant

Christina is a wonderful addition to our office department. She has over 20 years of experience in office management and finance. She is from Polk County, where she attended school and graduated. The pride of her life are her two daughters, and in her spare time she is at cheer practice, helping, supporting and being the encouraging mom that she is. Christina can be seen around the office with a smile on her face even though she's working like a busy bee, making order in chaotic situations.

Ansley McMillan, Front Desk

Ansley, better known in our office as "Britain" was Born in Georgia, but moved to Chattanooga at the age of 12. some of her interests include going to the gym, studying anatomy, and nurturing plants. When it comes to anatomy, she has a particular fascination with bones. A fitness enthusiast, she loves working out and can leg press 400 pounds. Her curiosity about the human body drives her passion for studying its functions in anatomy. You'll be greeted with Britain's warm smile at our check in counter, and she loves seeing all of your smiling faces too!

Kailey Cox, Sterile Tech

Kailey was born in Bradley County and raised in Polk County, where she graduated from Polk County High School in 2021. She enjoys spending her time hunting, fishing, and kayaking, with a special passion for turkey hunting. Kailey also loves attending truck shows and often hunts with her favorite gun, a .308. Looking ahead, she aspires to become a registered dental assistant.

Macy Welch, Registered Dental Assistant

Macy is from Rhea County, Tennessee, where she graduated high school. During which time, she played basketball and softball both, she is very active as well as athletic. She attended Chattanooga State for 2 years and then went to Chattanooga College where she obtained her dental assisting license. She loves working with children; it's a passion of hers. She takes pride in making a comfortable environment for nervous and anxious children, she really goes out of her way to relieve children's fears about the dentist. Macy has a very kind spirit and we are very happy to have her.
