Dr. Blain Reynolds, Owner Operator
Dr. Reynolds "Doc" received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee Memphis College of Dentistry in 2014. He enjoys working with children and helping them create positive memories at the dental office. He is happily married with two beautiful boys Cambridge and Callaway. Dr. Reynolds is very passionate about minimally invasive dentistry and holistic approach to life. In his free time he enjoys working out, hiking, and looking at trains with his boys.
Racheal Prince, Office Manager, RDH
A Cleveland, TN native, Racheal married her high school sweetheart, Seth, in 2012, and they have two boys. She began her dentistry career in 2017 as a dental assistant and was later accepted into the dental hygiene program. She has worked in both general and pediatric dentistry, with a strong passion for pediatrics, treating every child like her own. Racheal joined Kids Dental Center in June 2023 and became Office Manager in October 2023. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, cheering on her son in sports, running 5Ks, and working out. The beach is her happy place. Go Vols!
Luba Cross, EFDA
Luba, a native of Odessa, Ukraine, moved to Cleveland, TN, with her parents in 1999 and has called it home ever since. She married her husband, Tristan, in 2003, and they have three children. In her free time, she enjoys singing in her church choir, painting, and watching football with her family. Luba became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2016 and quickly found her passion in pediatric dentistry. In 2021, she expanded her expertise by earning her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) credentials at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. She is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.
Whitney Heffington, EFDA
Whitney is from Cleveland and graduated from Bradley High School. She has two beautiful daughters. She started her dental career after graduating with her A.A.S. with honors from Chattanooga College in 2013 and also attending the University of Tennessee at Memphis College of Dentistry, earning her Expanded Functions credentials in 2020. She has worked for Kids Dental Center since 2018 and also taking on the role of Marketing Executive in 2023.
Kelly Meeks, Check-In
Kelly has been married to her best friend Jimmy for 22 years. They have 3 children and 2 grandchildren that keep them very busy In her time away from the office she enjoys traveling, especially cruising. She loves to cook for her family and considers herself a foodie. She entered the dental world 18 years ago and has a wide variety of experience. She's worked as an assistant in Oral Surgery, as a hygiene assistant, a coronal polisher and a insurance coordinator.
Samary Holguin, Scheduling Coordinator
Samary was born and raised in Orlando, Florida until 2014 when she moved to Cleveland Tennessee. She is from a family of four which she loves dearly. Her father is from Peru and her mother is from Guatemala, she is also one of our bilingual translators, for our Spanish speaking patients. Samary has a bachelor's degree from UT, and has plans of becoming a dentist in the future.
Brandy George, Front Office Manager, RDA
Brandy, a proud native of Polk County, relocated to Cleveland, Tennessee, 12 years ago. She has been happily married to the love of her life for 12 wonderful years and is a devoted mother to three children, embracing her role as a true momma bear. With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Brandy is an accomplished and respected dental professional. Outside of work, you’ll often find her on the ball field, passionately cheering on her kids. Her favorite place to unwind is by the river, it's her true happy place. We are thrilled to have Brandy as part of the Kids Dental Center family.
Christina Green, Financial Assistant
Christina is a wonderful addition to our office department. She has over 20 years of experience in office management and finance. She is from Polk County, where she attended school and graduated. The pride of her life are her two daughters, and in her spare time she is at cheer practice, helping, supporting and being the encouraging mom that she is. Christina can be seen around the office with a smile on her face even though she's working like a busy bee, making order in chaotic situations.
Macy Welch, RDA
Macy is from Rhea County, Tennessee, where she graduated high school. During which time, she played basketball and softball both, she is very active as well as athletic. She attended Chattanooga State for 2 years and then went to Chattanooga College where she obtained her dental assisting license. She loves working with children; it's a passion of hers. She takes pride in making a comfortable environment for nervous and anxious children, she really goes out of her way to relieve children's fears about the dentist. Macy has a very kind spirit and we are very happy to have her.
Kaia Reed, EFDA
Born and raised in Cookeville, Tennessee, Kaia relocated to Cleveland in 2021. With four years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant, she brings a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence in her role. Outside of work, She cherishes family time with her husband, whom she married in 2019, and their two children—a son who plays baseball and a daughter. In her free time, she enjoys baking sourdough bread and unwinding with her favorite TV shows, including Outer Banks and more. Her warm personality and attention to detail make her a valued member of our team.
Nariah Brown, RDA
Nariah is one of our awesome Registered Dental Assistants and a proud native of Etowah, Tennessee. She’s always been fascinated by teeth, which led her to pursue a career in dentistry—a field she’s truly passionate about. Nariah completed her training at Knoxville Dental Staff School and has her sights set on becoming an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) in the future.
When she’s not in the office, you can find her working out, spending time with her family, or hanging out with her sweet pup, Wynsten.
Jasynda Young, RDA
Meet Jasynda! Born and raised in Dalton, GA, Jasynda is a proud mom of five who loves spending her free time outdoors with her family. She completed her dental assisting training at Miller-Motte in Chattanooga, TN, and is excited to help care for our patients with a big smile.
Ashley Juarez, RDA
Ashley is a bilingual, Registered Dental Assistant. She is passionate about helping children feel comfortable and confident during their visits. She strives to create a positive, friendly atmosphere that helps both kids and parents feel at ease.
Ashley earned her assisting license from Dental Staff School in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is currently studying at Cleveland State Community College to become a Registered Nurse, with long terms plans to specialize in Neurology.
Proudly Mexican-American, Ashley is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in patient care by connecting with families, providing compassionate support, and continuing to grow in the healthcare field.

Lysander Holguin, New Patient Coordinator
Lysander was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, and relocated to Cleveland in 2014. He serves as our New Patient Coordinator and is one of our bilingual Spanish translators. Lysander helps ensure a welcoming and accessible experience for our patients. Outside the office, Lysander enjoys collecting records, going to the gym, and listening to and making music.

Dr. Cortney Radulescu, DMD
Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, Dr. Rad has dreamed of becoming a doctor since she was just 13 years old. She began her academic journey studying biochemistry, but her passion for dentistry grew from a deeply personal place—her love for her mother.
After witnessing her mother experience a lack of dental education and support, Dr. Rad dedicated her career to helping children and families feel informed, comfortable, and confident about their dental care. She is passionate about creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment where children can receive quality dental care while parents and children alike can learn about the importance of oral health.
Dr. Rad believes that dentistry should never be scary! Her goal is to help eliminate the fear often associated with visiting the dentist by making every appointment a positive, engaging, and enjoyable experience.
Outside of the office, Dr. Rad is an avid reader and can often be found finishing at least three books a week! She also loves the color pink and enjoys dressing up in fun, special outfits to bring extra excitement, smiles, and personality to the dental office.
Dr. Rad is excited to help every child feel comfortable, cared for, and proud of their smile!

Wanda Allen, Scheduler
Wanda has been a Certified Medical Assistant since 2005 and serves as our dedicated Patient Scheduler.
When she’s not helping patients, Wanda loves escaping to the beautiful mountains of North Carolina with her fiancé, Scotty. She is the proud mother of two amazing girls, the loving grandmother of two wonderful grandsons, a devoted pet lover and proud pet parent to three adorable Yorkies.
